How to choose a suitable Christmas gift for women

Hi, Happy Christmas to those who celebrate it. Finding a suitable gift to a woman is quite a difficult task for a man.Here is some guides for you man. I get this information from New Strait Times, 1klassified. I enjoy reading this section because it gives me a lot of information.Here is the guidelines:
1.Determine the category which the receiver belongs to.
2.Be original and remember that your gift shouldn't be necessarily tangible.
3.Find out if she likes decorative or useful things. Remember that every woman appreciates the exterior look of a gift at first.So choose something that can attract them.
4.Getting some exclusive things could be also useful, because women adore exclusiveness, but be guided by her taste.
5.You could also consider gift certificates and gift cards.
6.If she likes travelling then the best gift would be a trip to somewhere.
This tips are not only for Christmas gift but also for birthday or anniversary gift.

The advantage of e-book

I would like to share here the advantage of e book:
E-BOOK.
An e-book is an electronic (or digital) version of book. It is also a book you can download via the internet. It comes as an .exe file which means that it runs as a program in its own right. The e-book can be accessed any time and read off the screen or it can be printed out and kept as hard copy. It contains links to useful websites. If you are reading it whilst online these links will be live. With a single mouse click you can jump to the contents page which provides you with a broad overview of the books subject matter. One more click will take you straight to the section of your choice. The e-book also contains a powerful search engine which means that you can instantly access any section of the book just by remembering a single word or phrase from it.
(http:www.e-bookswriter.com/create_ebook_000048.htm)

THE ADVANTAGES OF E-BOOK.
Text can be searched, except when represented in the form of images.
Take up little space.
Hundreds ( or thousands) may be carried together on one device.
Approximately 500 average e-books can be stored on one CD (equivalent to several shelves’ worth of print books)
Because they take up little space, eBooks can be offered indefinitely, with no ’out of print’ date, allowing authors to continue to earn royalties indefinitely (copyright law permitting),and allowing readers to find older works by favorite authors.
E-books may read in low light or even total darkness, with a back-lit device.
Type size and type face may be adjusted. However, enlarging e.g. a PDF document magnifies the text but preserves the original layout and spacing; a practical limit on zooming follows from the requirement to keep a text column within the width of the screen (otherwise horizontal scrolling would be needed during and after reading each line, which would be very cumbersome). However, tagged PDFs can be reflowed in Acrobat 6 and 7, eliminating the horizontal-scrolling problem in zoomed PDFs. For more on zooming in, see Electronic maps.
Can be used with text-to-speech software.
Readily reformatted for independent platforms.
Instantly copied
When a back up is kept in a remote place, cannot be lost by fire, etc.
Once distributed, elimination is hard to impossible.
Distributed at low cost.
Distributed instantly, allowing readers to begin reading at once, without the need to visit a bookstore.
Simultaneously share book (if networked).

Errors may be easily corrected with downloadable lists of errata or simply with corrected text. (This can also be an advantage for printed books, in different circumstances.)
At the moment, ebooks are commonly published by independent publishing houses, which can mean greater editorial and authorial freedom and more room for experimentation.
An inexpensive format for works that require color.
An excellent choice of format for works that benefit from search and cross-reference capabilities, such as dictionaries, reference works, certain kinds of textbooks.

The poem "If"

I really like this poem by Rudyard Kifling it really help me to be strong .Hope all the bloggers who read my blog will leave your comment. Here is the poem:
If
If you can keep you head when all about you
Are losing theirs blaming it on you ;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you ,
But make allowance for their doubting too ;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting ,
Or Being lied about don’t deal in lies ;
Or being hated don’t give way to hating ,
And yet don’t look too good , nor talk too wise ;

If you can dream-and not make dreams your master ;
If you can think-and not make thoughts your aim ;
If you can met with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same ;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools ,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken ,
And stoop and build’em up with worn-out tools ;

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss ,
And lose , and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss ;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone ,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the will which says to them : “Hold on !”

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue
Or walk with Kings – nor lose the common touch ;
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you ;
If all men count with you , but none too much ;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run ,
Yours is Earth and everything that’s in it ,
And-which is more- you’ll be a man , my son !

Rudyard Kipling

This is really a nice poem.

Khaty Ibrahim, my favourite singer

Khadijah Ibrahim is my favourite singer. I like her since I was eleven years old. The reasons why I like her is she is a good singer and she has powerful voice that is unique.The other reason is her life is so interesting for to know. She lost her parent when she was a teenager. she really works hard. Here is the report about her latest concert that I found in a blog:
Puas tengok konsert Khaty

Puas tengok konsert Khaty

An Evening With Datuk Khadijah Ibrahim Featuring Ramli Sarip.
Jay Jay penuh santai
Bekas vokalis kumpulan Carefree itu memanaskan gelanggang sekitar pukul 9 malam. Walaupun muncul ketika penonton sedang enak menjamu selera, nafsu makan penonton bagaikan terhenti.
Last year I went for her concert in Philharmonic Hall. It was really worth to watch her concert because her voice was just like the one that you hear from the radio and she was a ver good performer.

How to prevent H2N2 or hantu

When some of my students were disturbed or 'rasuk' by H2N2 or hantu a few months ago, there were many advices given by ustaz. The best way is by reciting 'ayat Kursi". Some of the ustaz advised us to recite 'ayat kursi' ayat amanarrasul".One ustaz suggested that we read "ayat Bismillah enam".Then the other ustaz told us to read 'ayat Kursi" and repeat the last ayat of the 'ayat Kursi" 70 times so that the hantu will go away or it will burn down. Whatever the way they suggested I think we have to be strong and seek the help from Allah because Allah is the Almighty.

Steps to prevent H1N1.

There is no vaccine available right now to protect against novel H1N1 virus. There are everyday actions that can help prevent the spread of germs that cause respiratory illnesses like influenza.
Take these everyday steps to protect your health:
• Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.
• Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.
• Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
• Stay home if you are sick for 7 days after your symptoms begin or until you have been symptom-free for 24 hours, whichever is longer. This is to keep from infecting others and spreading the virus further.
Other important actions that you can take are:
• Follow public health advice regarding school closures, avoiding crowds and other social distancing measures.
• Be prepared in case you get sick and need to stay home for a week or so; a supply of over-the-counter medicines, alcohol-based hand rubs, tissues and other related items might could be useful and help avoid the need to make trips out in public while you are sick and contagious.
• If you are sick, limit your contact with other people as much as possible. If you are sick, stay home for 7 days after your symptoms begin or until you have been symptom-free for 24 hours, whichever is longer. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing. Put your used tissue in the waste basket. Then, clean your hands, and do so every time you cough or sneeze.
• Stay informed.
• Follow public health advice regarding school closures, avoiding crowds and other social distancing measures.
• Find healthy ways to deal with stress and anxiety.

H1N1 vs H2N2

It happened in the school that I teach about three months ago. It started when a Year Four boy was having difficulty to breath. Two days after that, another was having the same symptom. The next day both of them were having the same symptom. The two boys were brought to the nearby clinic for further check up but the results showed that they were normal, there was nothing wrong with them.
The teachers that the two boys were having H1N1 since they were having the same symptom as H1N1 victims. The week later the other boys and girls showed the same symptom. The two boys told the teachers that they were disturbed by a "lembaga". When the girls were disturbed they screamed.So sorry to see the children. A 'bomoh' was called to help. He tried his best to help but he was not strong enough to fight the disturbing things. So, the teachers called this prolem as H2N2.
The week later one of the teachers were disturbed or 'di rasuk' in front of me. It was real. Two days after that, the children were disturbed again. On that day a girl was screaming for about 2 hours.Then the things started to talk telling us who he was.On that day about 9 children and a teacher 'dirasuk". About 6 bomohs came to help. They could only settled the problem on that day only. The next day it started again. so many mystics happened.The headmistress and teachers did all their best to help the students . After all the episode of getting help from many bomohs. now after three months the problem settled. Alhamdulillah, hope this new year the problem is really settled.
